Women’s Support Group Project
The Women’s Support Group is dedicated to empowering and uplifting women through a variety of transformative activities. We offer workshops on self-confidence, professional development, and personal growth, providing women with practical skills and knowledge to excel in their fields. Our goal is to connect members with experienced professionals, fostering valuable networks and guidance. Through motivational talks, skill-building sessions, and community engagement projects, we aim to inspire women to achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their communities. By cultivating confidence and competence, our activities play a crucial role in preparing women to lead effectively and thrive both personally and professionally.
In October 2022, the Women’s Support Group was established.
We organized ten powerful events, all focused on different themes with the goal of educating and empowering women. We’ve established a robust communication network among members, fostering a vibrant exchange of knowledge and resources. This network allows participants to collaborate, share experiences, and support each other’s growth. Each meeting concludes with a group discussion, where attendees reflect on their learning and plan for implementation. Overall, these gathering are instrumental in building a strong, supportive community of women prepared to thrive and lead effectively.

LinkHER Project
Linking Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) immigrant and refugee women with available resources and services that comply with their needs and challenges.
Purpose
The purpose of this project is to link immigrant and refugee women with the available resources, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups that are providing any type of services for the women through several social and cultural events. The idea aims to close the gap between the needs of these immigrants and finding the resources, and there by, lowering social isolation. The project will also help these organizations connect with possible clients. This project is the mediator between immigrant women in need and the organizations willing to offer their services to new clients. It will allow for guidance, mentorship, and social interaction to aid these women from different backgrounds and age ranges to establish their lives in the States successfully.
This tangible website will be in both Arabic and English languages as a final deliverable product with the resources such as type of services, organization links, phone numbers, participant applications, etc. that the women can always have access to and refer to when needed. Once everything is established, a final celebration event will be held to bring together the MENA women and the resource organization representatives to get to know one another, celebrate the accomplishments that happened over the past year and the launch of the website that will be of a great use to everyone.

Project Activities
Online Showcase and Social Media Promotion
We’re excited to provide women small business owners a chance to showcase their work on our social media platforms. Participants can submit a brief overview, including brochures, videos, essays, or photos.
This content will be featured on our Facebook and Instagram pages to highlight their products and services. We’ll also promote these businesses through dedicated posts linking to their websites and profiles, fostering a supportive community of women entrepreneurs.
Educational Gatherings
These gatherings will serve as platforms for women entrepreneurs to come together, network, share experiences, and learn from each other and equipped with new skills

The Boutique Bazaar
- Hand2Stand will organize a bazaar event to give women entrepreneurs a platform to showcase and sell their products or services directly to the community.
- Women small business owners will be invited to participate as vendors at the bazaar, where they can interact with customers, make sales, and gain business exposure.
